Press & Media
We track GLP-1 clinic availability across the US. If you're covering weight loss medication access, we're happy to help.
About GLPFinders
GLPFinders is a free directory of verified GLP-1 clinics across the United States. We built it because finding a local clinic that actually offers semaglutide or tirzepatide — with real pricing — was harder than it should be.
The directory lists 1,000+ clinics across all 50 states. Patients can search by city, compare providers, and contact clinics directly. No account required. No referral fees.
We're an independent project. We don't accept payment for placement, and clinics can't buy a better position in search results.
How we build the database
We scrape public business data — clinic websites, Google Business profiles, and health directories — to identify providers that mention GLP-1 medications.
Each clinic is checked for explicit mentions of semaglutide, tirzepatide, Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro, or compounded GLP-1. Clinics that only mention weight loss generally are excluded.
We remove pharma brand sites, news articles, patient forums, and aggregators. Only independent clinic websites and practice-level business profiles are included.
The database is updated on a rolling basis as we process new scrape runs. Clinics that no longer appear to offer GLP-1 services are flagged for review.
Caveats: Our database reflects what clinics publicly state on their websites and business profiles. We don't call clinics to verify availability or pricing. Listings may lag behind real-world changes. For investigative or data journalism, we recommend verifying individual clinics directly.
Data angles we can help with
If you're researching GLP-1 access, medication deserts, or the weight loss clinic industry, our data may be useful.
California, Texas, and Florida account for roughly 35% of verified GLP-1 clinics in our database. States in the Mountain West and Great Plains have the fewest per capita.
Around 70% of clinics in our database offer at least one compounded GLP-1 option. Branded-only providers (Wegovy/Mounjaro exclusively) are a minority.
Roughly half of clinics in our database offer telehealth consultations. In-person-only providers are most common in smaller metros and rural areas.
